Please be aware that, although you can enter e-Locates at any time, Alabama One Call will process e-Locates only during business hours. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding Holidays. The two working day notice will be calculated from the time it is entered into the system at Alabama One Call. Once it has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.

A locate request is valid for 14 calendar days. If your work is not completed by this time, please call 811 and provide the customer service representative the locate request number you will receive on your confirmation. This will update and renew your locate request for another 14 calendar days.

E-Locates submitted after 3:00 p.m. may not be processed until the next business day.
